Okeechobee County Personal Growth Vision Board Workshop

This is a free event for trauma survivors of all ages!

This is not group therapy, but rather a supportive, non-judgmental space to provide empowerment, encouragement, and healing. Each participant will create their own vision board by envisioning the life they strive to live. The clearer you are about your goals and how you will feel when you achieve them, the more powerful your vision board will be. Anything that involves reflection and assessment of your life and goals deserves due time and consideration. Creating a vision board is no exception. The workshop will allow participants to identify what they want out of their lives and remind them of their goals by learning tools on how to achieve them.

All supplies will be provided. Advocates will be present during ALL workshops to facilitate and guide you every step of the way.
