  • Stretching can also imply to stretch your mind; go outside of your comfort zone.

What things make you feel bad, but you find yourself doing them anyway?

  • Not being honest with myself makes me feel bad because then I’m not honest with the people who see I’ve been down about a circumstance, but I do it anyways to not add my burden on anyone who I care about.
  • Also, drinking too much coffee makes me feel very bad at the end of the day, drained, but I find myself drinking it for the satisfaction and energy to begin the day. I crash after lol

Cozy

  • Sleeping in fuzzy socks
  • taking my heels off under my work desk and having an extra rug
  • cozy sweaters are a big deal to get work done in the office

What does your support system look like? How can you make it stronger?

  • My family, boyfriend, friends, & work family.
    • By letting them in fully and being open with how I am feeling instead of holding it in. Let them support me.

Love

  • Don’t be afraid to let yourself love & be loved in return.
  • Love YOURSELF; you are amazing and don’t doubt your power or worth.
  • Love others; small acts of kindness can go a long way. Sometimes the smallest thing can not only make someone’s whole day, but you could save them too.

What’s something you wish someone would say to you?

  • That there’s hope for those suffering around me. That life is like a heartbeat, there are ups and downs to indicate life, but if life was ever just a still line there would be no life. If your heart is beating, there is hope.

What parts of yourself are you ashamed of? What does your shadow self look like?

  • The part of myself that I’m ashamed of is not being there enough for my family because I was too busy following my dreams. My shadow self looks like admitting my selfishness. Now I am intentional.

Who are your role models and what qualities do you share with them?

  • A man named Jesus and my family are my role models. The qualities I share with them are humility and sharing. I think that putting others before me and giving/sharing are truly a way to success. You can never go wrong with serving and loving your neighbor.
