Not being honest with myself makes me feel bad because then I’m not honest with the people who see I’ve been down about a circumstance, but I do it anyways to not add my burden on anyone who I care about.
Also, drinking too much coffee makes me feel very bad at the end of the day, drained, but I find myself drinking it for the satisfaction and energy to begin the day. I crash after lol
